It is a rare metal in the earth's crust, it is in the form of oxide and salts in certain minerals. It is gray, very hard and tense and has the highest melting point of all metals and the highest boiling point of all known chemical elements, which are: Melting: 3422 degrees celsius Boiling: 5930 degrees Celsius
Tungsten is the heaviest element used by living things
Tungsten and its most popular alloy, tungsten carbide are both excellent neutron reflectors, tungsten crystals are so compressed that they turn out to be effective shields against radiation of any kind.
Approximately half of the tungsten is consumed for the production of hard materials
In its pure state it is used in the manufacture of filaments for electric lamps, resistors for electric ovens etc.

Tungsten, usually alloyed with nickel and iron or cobalt to form heavy alloys, is used in kinetic energy penetrators.

GOT TALENT VIDEO

This Got Talent video is about a teen ager named Neil. He is 19 years old. He is able yo produce drum beats, rhytm and musical sounds using his mouth, lips, tongue and voice. This type of vocal percussion is known as beatboxing. I have chosen this video because I think that it is very fun and interesting.

SELF EVALUATION

This term, I think I have worked well, I know that I can do it better and Iwill try to do it in the third term. Vocabulary and listening are the two things that cost me the most so I have to revise an improve them. The thing that I have enjoyed the most is having an american person in class to help and correct us. After class I continue practising english watching movies in english, reading some books in english talking english with my father. Talking about culture I have learned about children that can do amazing things, or some studies about how humans will be in the future...
